60 reach and only 2 likes!? i've only targeted 2 pages in my niche, usa, only 2.50 daily buget, and didn't change other stuff in targeting, is something wrong?

If you only target the people on your 2 pages, then your limited there (depends on the size) And the budget is not that big. But you should be able to get a bigger reach.

Have you limited it to people who likes your pages?
And what is the size of your pages?

Do you pay by CPM or CPC?

And why have you put in ?

Why not just have
People Who Match:
Interests: page1 or page2

How many times you have run the ad? You have to invest time, money and also have to experiment with the audience of different ages and demographics to hit the optimum clicks. Do not focus on higher reach at the beginning, make your audience narrow based on their age, location, interests, and sex. Get the hits first and then work on making your reach bigger. Rely on other platforms too for greater reach like PPC, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, etc.

Maybe the mistake is you are going for a bigger audience but also going for too broad an audience,, try and narrow it down and make sure to split test by running different variations of same ad
