What if i make my own backlink network?

Hi,

I am looking for making my own private backlink network for a micro niche keyword like "ringtone".
I am just thinking about it but i dont know much about how backlinks exactly works?

I mean i not sure its gonna work or not?
Thats why i am asking for some opinions here. Here is what i am thinking to do!

I am thinking to buy 100 cheap domains related to ringtones and will make blog post some articles / ringtones etc on it and will make a backlink section in each blog section first i am gonna backlink all these 100 niche blogs to each other and if i found all blogs getting good DA / PA in Moz or Ahrefs (*I am not sure these blogs will get DA / PA or not) then i will write articles for my money making sites which are also related to ringtones and will take a do-follow backlink to my money making sites.

It will take a lot of investment i can do that but i am not sure before doing this its gonna work or not?
I dont have any idea in this field so kindly someone reply with there experience its gonna work for me or not?

If something is wrong in plan kindly give your suggestion as well.

It can be an effective strategy, especially on a microniche. But you need to be careful about footprints hence linking all of them together is a terrible idea. I suggest you to read some basic pbn guidelines prior to start and also, also not sure what you mean by cheap domains. It's always best to go with quality tld's even with pbns

100 cheap domains will still cost you a lot with all hosting and time spent in upkeeping. start with getting your hand on few (3-5) expired domains that are related and go that way.

also, do not ever create backlinks between your PBN's. you are leaving a footprint.

This is a link wheel, which worked 10 years ago.

New domains carry no weight, so are useless as a PBN, so all you're doing is creating a link wheel set up.

Alright!
Now i got a good idea its not gonna work for me and it does not value enough to invest.
I will try to find out some other ways of making backlinks.
for me making a site is much easier than doing an seo.

But it could definitely beneficial to your keyword.
Do you have funding to make sure the sites have no connections?

I wouldn't. the maintenance of doing it all yourself and chances of something going wrong would be far higher than simply paying other with teams, etc
