Hello,

What are the best methods in 2019 to rank an amazon product page (amazon fba) in google?

Been doing backlinks from PBNs, forums, some web2.0 and guest posts with anchors on URL, brand, long tail and keywords and got authority to go to 44 but I only seem to rank in brand + keywords only, not in keywords.

What I am missing to rank also on keywords?

Use google add words. Get a backlinks from news related site.

Essentially there are three things you need to optimize for:
  1. Visibility.
  2. Relevance.
  3. Conversions.
Your product title is the part of your listing that will have the greatest impact (both positive and negative) on product performance in search.

As Per Amazon suggested best practices, your title should contain elements such as:
  • Brand.
  • Product line.
  • Material or key feature.
  • Product type.
  • Color.
  • Size.
  • Packaging/Quantity.
 
For amazon I got covered, so for google SEO I need more guest posts from news sites? Why news sites? Anything else than that? Do, I have to raise Page Authority to over 50 or how SEO works on amazon pages?

You could try adding even more diversity. Google stack (Gmail, Blogspot, Docs, Youtube - anything owned by Google), social media, etc. What % anchor text are you using exact match?
 
Either blast those pages with thousand of xrumer links (don’t worry, they can take it) or vuild authority backlinks.

But if were talking truly the best way, then you just have to buy Amazon reviews. Those will rank your product page the most. Fake sales and reviews

So basically, Google stuff and Social Signals? Anything else?

About anchor text I am basically doing 30% URLs, 25% exact match, 15% long tail, 30% brand

So basically to rank I need to build page authority to maybe like 60 correct? or what would be target I need to get?

Where to buy Amazon reviews? and how to do fake sales? Would amazon ban my product?

Check out around in the marketplace here on BHW.

Amazon might ban your products if it's not done properly, but the chances are slim. I'm sure most of the sellers here are of the highest quality.
 
The discussion is really good to know the points by different users but still, there is also one more option to go. There are Amazone SEO forums to discussion & I those will be really great to know as there are only Amazone sellers and Amazone experts to help people.
 
How long ago have you started building backlinks to the Amazon product page? How competitive is the main keyword?

Sales and conversions for sure don't have any effects in google, reviews probably have some effect, because they build internal linking and give the product page some boost from internal amazon pages. (Imagine 1000 internal links from 1000 unique reviews, and try to beat that authority with backlinks..)

Like you said, probably the best thing is to build authority links, and have better authority than the pages ranked on the 1st page right now. I would probably use only naked/branded anchors for that.

Also what i think is even more important than backlinks, is the unique content on the page. Try to write a very long unique description, as many words as possible.

I started doing backlinks like 3 months ago, doing like very ramdomly, like one week I put 7, other 2 other 8 and so, on.

Main keyword it seems competity in volume but on SEO analysis of keysearch.co score shows like 29 out of a 100 which it says competition fairly easy, volume is 12k visits per month but there keywords less competitive that I tried with a volume of 880 that happens the same.

About content I just rechecked with premium account of copyscape and passed 100% so content in page is original so is no problem with that.

So, my guess is that ranking this types of pages is based on authority like youtube video. If I am wrong please correct me.

So, I keep doing the same with URL and banding anchor text? what about branding + keywords or branding + long tail?

What about social signals?

Anything else? Please advice!

Optimize the Product page using your keywords. Then, Build links to it but not aggressively.

Ok but, I should place them on on bullets, description and title?

What type of links? Guest posts and in what ration and what type of anchor?

What that means? You mean change them and go for keywords with lower competition or add them? Description, bullets and titlle?

Yes, But Do not over optimized or keyword saturated description. Must follow the Amazon Standard Listing Rules.

You can build any type of links that looks natural & quality full. The best way is to get links from Big Sites & Magazines. Must use various type of anchor texts, Do not use your keywords aggressively, Try to use generic terms (like Details Here, More Details, Etc.) or naked links mostly. Must use Long Tail Keywords in Anchor Texts.
