I have a few domains on optimalhosting.com which I would like to get in use, but I can't point them to my DNS since Optimal Hosting's cPanel is broken. Their live support is never online, they don't answer any mails and their Twitter has been dead for over a year. It feels like they have just abandoned the service completely. Anyone who is sitting on some info regarding this?

Does Optimal Hosting do domain registration? Unless they do (I don't see it), can't you just change the nameservers on your registrar and upload the backup (if you have one) to your new host...?
Yes they did domain registration for about a year ago and they registered the domain for me.
I already have hosting sorted out, I just need to get access to my domains which are currently locked by Optimal Hosting.

I can only thank him for bumping my thread. No way I am buying shit from that sloppy uncustomized website which he has spent 10 seconds on setting up. TopSeoHosting, most stupid combinations of letters in a word my eyes has ever seen.

I have tried to contact them a number of times. They ignore me completely. They haven't posted anything on their social media for almost a year.
