So I just bought a new laptop the other day and today I went to a shop to buy a bag for it.

The guy showed me the bag, I asked the price and he said 500 rupees ($7 USD). I paid him the money cause I knew for good that bag was worth 1000 rupees ($14 USD).
I then walked into bank and came back to that computer store to buy a mouse as well. The guy told me that he didn't know the actual price and the owner had asked him to put 500 from his own pocket cause the actual price of the bag was 1000 rupees. I feld bad for him and paid him another 500 - he was bloody happy for that!

10 minutes later I dropped my cell phone on the road and didn't know about it but a guy stalked me holding my phone and finally got me at a bakery and returned the phone to me. I bought him a drink for being this honest!

What goes around, comes around :) Be nice to others and others will be nicer to you!

He was the one in the situation so I'm sure he knows. Don't take away from the moral of the story. =]

Bk071 - great to hear and I 100% agree with you! Be kind to others and people will (more or less) be kind to you.

Thanks for the story and glad you got your cell phone back!

Glad to see at least some good people in the world man.

If that was in my country, I'm pretty fucking sure that was the last time I see my phone.

Reminds me- the other day, it was my friends birthday and we were strolling through the city and there were this beggar on the floor, holding a Mcflurry cup from Mcdonalds. He had no money and he seemed quite tired and it just wasn't nice to look at him in his ragged clothes. Being the generous guy I am, I gave him £20 ($15). He smiled and thanked me.

A few hours later, Im coming back from the cinema and we go to Nando's to have dinner and he's fucking sitting there with his mates, dressed in a Ralphy I believe, eating and laughing. Now, don't call me blind cuz I know THAT was the exact same guy I gave the money to.

So yeah - my area is fucked up. Glad to see good people around these days, OP.

What an ass, you should have confronted him n at least made him feel pathetic among his friends. However, a lot of people in the UK probably wouldn't care and go back to being a leech on society, a lot of them are good at that ;)

And btw £20 is over $30 so that's quite generous.

@BK Brilliant story, lucky you live with people that are that kind and honest

I thoroughly believe in this type of thing, even when it just comes to helping people out online and not in real life!

Congrats BK, hope that made your day and good to see you spreading cheer.

Yes, even a single dollar/Rupee matters a lot. Look forward to see it reaching
    100 PKR mark.

No need to bash me bro. I was just pointing out your minor error. I will now not comment to your thread in the future. Happy now ? :D
