    Traffic Travis has a free version, but limits you to a few keywords per submission. I would not pay attention to their difficulty ratings though.

    you can also try seoprofiler trail for 15 or 30 days i am not sure.

    I don't understand why do people buy SEOMOZ, Ravenkeyword tool etc when all these services use the free information provided by Google Adword and Bing Webmaster
