What email collection tools do you use for your sites?

Hey there,

Been building up a bunch of websites for Content Lockers. I want to collect emails so I can send targeted sales emails to the niches I'm running the content lockers for. What tools do you use to collect emails on your websites? Especially popups and popups that occur when someone tries to leave the site. I tried sumome but wasn't having any success. Did a lot of searches and found a bunch of top 10 list web sites but not a lot of good advice.

layered pop ups is a must have. Better, more customizable and tons more templates at a better price thank any of the other ones out there.
