**I know this topic is highly debated, and I don't intend to start a war between people on opposite sides of the nutrition spectrum (vegan - carnivore etc) ... I'm asking this purely for curiosity's sake**
Whats up BHW.
I was just wondering, what does your daily diet look like?
Do you eat different foods every day, or do you eat the same foods everyday?
Also, what's one health/nutrition tip that you have implemented in your life that has made a difference?
For me, it's Blueberries. Fresh (or frozen) blueberries in a smoothie have massively improved my cognitive ability. I have been doing it for a few years, and on the days where I eat plenty of blueberry's, my mind is considerably sharper, specifically my memory.
Blend them up with a banana, a handful of greens and some milk (I use almond), and you are good to go.
What about you guys?
