What do you use to create rss feeds from links?

I'm talking about taking a list of URL's and turning them into a feed url to ping. I used to use html2rss.com but their site keeps hanging. Does anybody else have a better way?

I use links2rss.com and have never had any issues.

I create my own custom script. Currently I put 1k links per rss. I dont know if that's good for seo though

I use uverify software. This is a free ubot which validates that your link is present on the page and then uses Icerocket to create an RSS feed automatically. This is great for getting comments and forum profile links discovered. You can download it at www*ugetlinks*com/software/uverify/.
