What do you use to create rss feeds from links?

I'm talking about taking a list of URL's and turning them into a feed url to ping. I used to use html2rss.com but their site keeps hanging. Does anybody else have a better way?

I create my own custom script. Currently I put 1k links per rss. I dont know if that's good for seo though
