I've had a website penalized recently.. I rather use others but google.
And another reason is the live reporting...

Yeah I guess that's asking a lot of a single piwik install, especially on a shared host.
CrawlTrack looks interesting, will check that out.

my favourite one is getclicky.com
they have a free version so that you can check it out but i highly recommend the paid solution. its's solid and stable, it comes with all the features you need and you have all your sites in one place.
another reason why i use getclicky instead of google analytics is that it prevents your sites from being revealed by an analytics id crawler. when you use analytics on all your sites everybody can crawl your analytics id and find out all your projects. that sucks.

I have been using GetClicky also for the past month or so (free version). Seems pretty good, and their "purchased" version pricing is very reasonable.

PIWIK is pretty dang sick. if your not using them instead of google analytics your missing out. They have tons of features.

+1 for Piwik. I am disappointed however to hear it jammed at 130 website profiles. I'm assuming the bottleneck was the server and a more beefy server could handle it better but that's definitely something I was overlooking. Thanks for the heads up.
