What do you think? are russian networks dead?

They are half dead now, 4 of my sites which use russian sape and ranks ok for for while, all got penalty this month, so i assume some large networks detected. its time to reduce dependency on russian sape

I personally don' think they are dead. Looking for information and techniques on how others have had penalties and how they did it, what they bought etc.. evolving



Actually don't use sape, i use other russian networks. so sape isn't really of any concern to me.
