Don't think thats entirely true.
I personally don' think they are dead. Looking for information and techniques on how others have had penalties and how they did it, what they bought etc.. evolving
Actually don't use sape, i use other russian networks. so sape isn't really of any concern to me.

The Russians are several steps ahead of Matt Cutts and his crew. If you are bying the right links from the right people then they are far from dead.
After some recent updates and networks taken down. i think there will be less people engaging in russian links and it'll open up some potential SEO powerful links on the cheap for those that can stay under the radar.

Yes of course, Mat is great at his job. Head of the spam team, yet the top ten are dominated by spam.

The only way for Google is to change their algorythm to devalue footer and sidebar links which they probably won`t do. Russian networks are still extremely powerful if used corrently. I`ve never received any unnatural link message using Russian links.

Youve got to be a fucking fool to continue to use russian link networks
there are thousands of alternative and just as easy link services that can be used. using something that google is knowingly targeting is just dumb.
i cant think of a single viable reason to continue to use those type of services other than negative seo.

Come on man, you would recommend using russian link networks given their huge footprints and target on their back?
Thats just crazy. Theres literally hundreds of thousands of alternatives that Google isnt focusing on.
