Yes, it is a good one. There seems to sit a lot of Jimdo, Facebook, Instagram on first site. I just highly doubt, that this is a money key word. Might be hard to monetize it.

1) depends what your targeting? Ecommerce, CPA, Amazon etc? Is the KW Buyer Intent like best x or cheap x or top 10
2) 10-20 Handmade Super Web 2.0's and Social signals/bookmarks to begin with then move onto more powerfull backlinks like PBN and Guest Post if required (wait and see)

It's impossible to give a certain time frame. Just too hard to do. But I'd say hopefully under 1 year tops if the KW is decent and your on page and off page seo and site optimization is decent.

Keyword looks good, might be easy to rank. But since authority sites are already ranking with DA of 55+ and since almost all of them have keyword in their titles, it may take you a while to beat them.
