But the one thing that you've to be careful is that don't make much short paragraphs and use creative and attractive content to make it more interesting.

OP already had his question answered and said he has decided to find another writer, so I'm not sure why this is being bumped.
Although, the OP's article reminds me of a site about water damage restoration that I used to do SEO on. Interestingly enough, the article in the original post looks similar to the articles that were on that site.
