I like MATIC as a layer 2 solution for Ethereum. NEO seems slow in development. It's been around for a long time and with no major adoption. Maybe it's used a bit more in the Asian markets. The other 2 are yet to prove themselves.
What I'm trying to say is, I need more developers to trust the tokens. Adoption will start with programmers building apps. Users will never get into projects like these without a friendly interface.
All of the 4 coins mentioned have potential and all are good for speculation. You can make money with any of them.

I've been holding Fantom since $0.16 It has been a solid Investment so far, NEO has been around since about 2016 and I made good money from it in 2017 but I haven't seen anything promising from them since.
Flow I think will become a popular platform if it isn't already, so it might be worth investing in.
Polygon I think could be risky simply because of how much the price has increased already, however it is a very popular project so could moon even more.
Who the hell knows.

If I remember NEO is a Chinese project and with all the uncertainty around crypto in China the last few years they lost a lot of interest in their project. They have a good team and good ideas but they could get screwed by China at any time.

Market Cap too high for me. I am not looking at these kinds of projects. If I want a big project to invest in, I stick with Ethereum, BNB, or Bitcoin.
None of these stand out as being bad projects, but just not capable of the returns I am looking for.
