They scammed their Investors. They announced that $FINE would cost $0.033 and it was available after 20+ Minutes because nobody was able to buy and the the price was already $7 up

the coin was potential $30-$40 within few years
but they were not able to stop bot trading or they did it.

Binance will launch NFT marketplace in JUNE , Refinable will probably go skyrocket then since it's been main nft for Binance .
