Good quality proxies, good quality accounts and a vps on which you can host jarvee if you want it to run 24/7 but can't keep your computer on, no need for vps if you can let jarvee sit on your pc whole day.
Jarvee is good but for 5 or 10 accounts it's not worth it...

buy vps from aws or vultr or upcloud.
Proxies depends on how many you would need and what you intend to do with your accounts.
