I can't call that a logo man. It's a simple button that anyone can make with a tutorial and photoshop. When you design your logo, think about what you want it to portray, worry about aesthetics later.

I want for everyone who hated on his logo, to show their logo's that they created.....sheeeesh

Even if he used a photoshop tutorial at least hes trying to do something......

I think it's a nice logo depending on the product your selling, would have to see it on your website/creative content to really make a true judgement.

Could you kindly explain what kind of brand it represents or the industry this company belongs to? Also, what's the core message that the brand wants to convey? It is only when we know these things that we can tell whether a logo is good or bad.

Too small. What does your logo represents? I suggest that you widen the circle a little bit so the letters won't suffocate.

If this is your company logo I'd change it personally. Just looks cheap and typical the kind you see on basic photoshop button tutorials. Hmmm.. If you could give some basic idea of what your theme is based on maybe I can suggest a style.
