MDS makes me think "Master Digital Sound" ,, can you hear the THX logo?

The logo is ok if you are using on a temporary website/business.
But otherwise I wouldn't tell you to use it.

It looks nice as a graphic but cannot be called as Logo. It looks like a stock image of button modified.

I like it, but not if you copied from a youtube video and didn't really add anything to it on your own. However, I think your on the right track, don't give up. It look professional but doesn't really describe much about what your business is all about. I think you need to revise. just a little. What does your company do? Good luck!
