What do with Domain name with Domain Authority?

I have domain names with domain authority (between 20 to 30), and I'm trying to figure out what to do with these. The domains have either a 0 Spam Score, and some have a spam score of around 30.
Some even have backlinks from sites like TheGuardian, TheRegister, etc...

So far, here are the ideas I have:
-Start a PNB. (But maybe it's overdone?)
-Sell the domains. (But I don't know where to advertise domains with DAs specifically)
-Use them to exchange backlinks (3-way link exchange for my blogs I am trying to improve my rankings for.)
Do you have better suggestions?

Spam score is a meaningless metric. Everything that comes from Moz is not worth the time.

check internet archive and see what the domain was doing previously, check its backlinks, DA is meaningless alone. Try to rebuild what was before and make it a PBN, if it's a solid domain, you may try building something on it if you like the niche.
