Here's mine. On the verge of a meltdown

Oh and unlike everyone, I start at last night's bed time....
3am bed after working
4am wake up after being shouted at by my 2 year old to come through to her room. Sit on bed, tell her it's wayyyy to early, she sleeps, I have to wait 20 mins. 4:20am go back to bed
4:33am wake up after being shouted at by my 2 year old to come through to her room. Sit on bed, tell her it's wayyyy to early, she sleeps, I have to wait 20 mins.
5am wake up after being shouted at by my 2 year old to come through to her room. Sit on bed, tell her it's wayyyy to early, she sleeps, I have to wait 20 mins. 5:20am go back to bed
5:33am wake up after being shouted at by my 2 year old to come through to her room. Sit on bed, tell her it's wayyyy to early, she sleeps, I have to wait 20 mins.
6am wake up after being shouted at by my 2 year old that she needs a wee.
6:10am sleep on sofa, while getting toys thrown at me
7am give her breakfast while I have 5 coffees (almond milk though as I'm not a calf)
8am play games, teach her stuff, do a 'make-shift' nursery exercise, take her to the park, for a walk or to the shops
10am 5 more coffees since 8am. Mid-morning snack for daughter.
11am wife gets up, she suffers from severe depression
11:30am lunch for all of us
1pm daughter naps, I try and smash out some work, answer emails, chat to clients, do my own IM or have to take her out in the car to sleep as it works almost instantly.
2:30pm daughter wakes up and madness ensues
4:30pm dinner time
5pm play time, in the garden, on the beach (close by) or whatever she fancies
6:30pm bath time and bed time
8pm finally asleep (it has been 11pm a few times...)
8:30-9pm chat to wife, almost get divorced for the millionth time, explain why I'm tired and why I fell asleep at my desk again, try to make things better - she goes to bed at 9pm.
9pm work work work work, schedule email responses (Right InBox is a life saver), IM, IM, IM, write reports, IM, IM
3am, eyes burning, need to sleep
And repeat. I can't bring myself to put her in nursery and let some half-wit bring my daughter up and wife won't go to the doctors. In other words, this is life and I have to live it. I love both of them, but it's fucking draining. I've had to take them 150 miles away for her asshole mother to look after them both (she doesn't know about my wife's depression though no one does) as I have 5 new clients I'm meeting on the 20th and need to prepare, write proposals and try and catch up. I'm drinking vodka and working my ass off (and writing this post as it's like therapy, so thanks
Maybe I'll get some sleep tonight or at least a lie in. I've taken the doorbell battery out and phone is getting turned off. If the dogs bark I'll probably cut their heads off.
