You could make a branded service with this as the logo. That would make it relevant.

Like R-9 News (news site), or R-9 Nymphos (Porn site), or R-9 Negative (YouTube Down vote service)....

As a general rule, I recommend making a plan before buying a domain. Really hard to fit a project onto such an obscure domain.

Well if it was my domain I would delete that and place a squeeze page.. until I figure out what to do with it..

Very weird domain choice, especially with the note that was left on it. Also, you really shouldn’t buy a domain until you at least have an idea of what you are going to do with it. Wasted cash (even tho it’s cheap) IMO.
 
You can use this domain about create blog for footer link to your another websites.
 
I think xyz domains are only good as URL shorteners. I even used one as a URL shortener.

I don't think xyz domains are low value in the eyes of Google. Google is even using it: abc.xyz.
