What distracts you the most while working?

My friends man... they be always messaging me random stuff whole days and then i get stucked up in the convo with them

Trying to figure out something…

Every time I sit down to work, I start focused. Then somehow, end up doing completely random stuff 20–30 mins later.

For me, it’s usually overthinking instead of executing, checking stats again and again, and scrolling forums/social media.

Curious what it is for you guys. What’s the one thing that distracts you the most when you’re supposed to be working?
I'm a highly focused person but I do like to work with music and listening to music with intense lyrics can be tricky

I get notifications from websites I was just thinkung about buying something on; it's like my phone is reading my thoughts. I also easily lose track of time on solcial media and don't finish my tasks early

For me it's constant checking analytic, mmessage, and scrolling on reddit. It breaks focus fast. What helps is time-blocking work (30-60 mins) and keeping distractions closed until the task is done.

My phone is my worst enemy when I'm working.

Do not disturb + grayscale helps immensely though.

phones and sound. these days i want to make it flight mode when i work
