I used to live in Berlin, but I am not German. Keeping my nationality a secret for blackhat purposes is a good idea.

Love the town. Some of the cheapest flats in Europe. Cheap food.Decent broadband. Very permissive. Where I used to live I could walk down the streets in broad daylight, smoking a spliff. The cops are few and never leave their cars anyway.
 
Canada... Nice place to live but wish I could spend the winters in a warmer place once in a while.
