How can i make my page do this?

On Close The page appears to redirect or refresh with a different page. I would like to use this in the same way they do but in reverse. (I would like to have my people who close my squeeze page be redirected to an offer page).

I have no idea what this is technically called. Can anyone show me the code necessary to make this happen?
