Change the admin login and please don't use admin as user.

Add the site to your GSC and verify so that you'll be getting reports.

As a Buyer -
- Secure Ownership of All Assets
- Domain registrar access (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.)
- Hosting account
- CMS login (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Email accounts (especially if domain-linked)
- Google services: GSC, GA4, Tag Manager, etc.
- Fully transfer all assets (domain, hosting, CMS, GSC, GA, etc.).
- Remove any private data (emails, invoices, access tokens
