You can put the real money over the prop money you buy off the internet, rent a Lambo and a AirBnB mansion. Make sure you film everything because video is the future and the future is now!

SaaS, maybe a CRM like GoHighLevel or white label Wordpress plugin to get it started. Lead generation sells too, though that is production. It was not long ago I was reading through the first pages of google and they said it would take 250-300K+ to develop an app. Now there's all these tools on the market, sometimes I buy ones that overlap too, but just make sure its not something that will get killed by GPT or Bard or some random chatbot. I got an app now that can create an app, there's no code tools and developers I see here from Bangladesh asking less than $2,000.
Casino is good business, industry is growing 10% year over year I hear. Some people think its like something ashamed to be involved with, but I only see that if you are a degenerate gambler losing money. Though I play some casino games they (the house/Casino) have control over payouts online & can kick you out easy if they want. The house always wins in the long run.
You know what is annoying? Some people in jobs or business over hype their position, yet when you get the info its not really that hard. Work smarter not harder, avoid the busy work and work on your business. I have a business degree, but I learned more from books and doing. Some of us here can juggle all kinds of tasks, were here for money, though it doesn't mean we should.
Passive investments aren't 100% passive in almost every case, but if you leverage other peoples work you could get away with 12 hours a week on some businesses, not quite the 4 hour workweek in my book. I used to work 100 hour weeks and it got me no further in life. It took me a long time to realize I can't do it all. I spend a lot of time planning, I have a list I write 1-2 times a day of "business goals", most of which I hope to test soon.
