What can you do with 200k$?

Buy items that people are selling who desperately need cash. Hire other people to work for you to do that. then sit on them until you can sell it at a really nice ROI.

Things like liquidations too from businesses, but gotta get it off market for it to be worth it- not the mainstream liquidation sites.

Where's that ? and I'm serious, because most 3rd world countries where it's safe/normal for foreigners to settle in, RE is either expensive or limited in access, If you don't mind telling me ofc.

25k = invest in crypto [BTC/ETH and a smaller portion of this into altcoins], sell in late 2024/early 2025
25k = domain investing [build a portfolio, hire an outreach team to sell the domains]
50k = buy a plot of land at the outskirts of your city
50k = start an airbnb rentals businesss
50k = keep liquid cash for emergency use [or short term deal financing]

200k you can join a local business in your area needs investment, there many organisation look them up....

You can get bigger monthly returns from new business that doing good but need more cash for a set % .

My dad done them from 25% to 45% monthly income.

So every 1000 earnt he got 250 to 450 per income .

It like a loan but you get a percentage in the business, as they grow you get plenty of income and eventually your 25% to 45% can be bought back.....

So you get a good monthly income plus a healthy return as the business is woth more than the start .

It a gamble but that when you do your own investigations.
