Hmm depends on what quality they are. 75-90% a probably useless.

One of the most profitable way to cash with them is Mail Marketing
but it depends on the quality of your mailing list and many other factors.

Build trust factor... send them each $1 monthly...

Seriously, spam them monthly, and hope to make $0.001 each per month (avg. $2k pm -- at least). Find a method to increase it 10x and earn $20k pm... or find a super method and make $200k pm.

Else find out how many of them are WF members and sell them ebooks @ $7 ea, -- per week. There must be 10k (1k at least) of them definitely.
