You can also create an agency in digital marketing & pr for businesses & professionals (Gurus & Coaches)

Alternatively create a digital pr agency aiming wannabe influencers.

I don't understand what you are getting at. We aren't talking about savings at all. 11k is a very good bit of money to work with.

And if X amount of money is enough to become a millionaire then I've said nothing wrong.
 
11K isn't a biggie, you implying that means you can't afford to lose it so prolly look around, partner up maybe and start a small scale business locally - make some money off of it that's significant enough and makes a healthy stream for you to open more doors that may bring in some good $$

I did other shit when I was in such a position but I wouldn't advise you that lol

Why don't you invest the money in domain names and sell them later for profit. Also you could take the money and invest in yourself and your business,. How about some good proxies or perhaps a new laptop setup. Have you bought or read any good seo books yet? Knowledge is power.
 
Invest just 2k on dropped domains with traffic.
Rebuild the sites.
Sell backlinks on Fb groups.
Rinse and repeat.
