What black hat methods can we all agree upon doesn't work?

link building from web 2.0s with spun articles does not work even with edu links pointing to it, hope that help

if i were you i would probably give up when 10 youtube accounts doesnt work in 1 month.
1 Month is way to early to give up. There is so many things to try.
Thinking of that a bit more. Maybe the reason people never share their fails is because it is always an ongoing process. I don't know.

I got a couple of sales from mine but it's shit money.
It worked for you and not for me so it needs more detail to know for sure what doesn't work.

So you want all method details including niche and the process used?
Come on Mate, be realistic, who in their right mind wants to create competition for themselves?
Why aren't you willing to test the faults in your own method?

Did you hand spin them or auto spin?
I use hand spinning and the content reads like real content, nothing fake.

are you using 1 method 500 times or trying 500 different way?

I think it totally okay to share something that doesn't work if they share their experience and method they tried. It is silly that nobody wants to share their fail just because people think it would keep people from trying it out. I would rather see more shared fail experience than a cloud of cryptic and hidden methods given by someone and then people that will have to guess how he/she did it and then 99.99% of them fails. This is something I'm really tired of.

I think you're missing the point still.

People do share their failures. Case study and journey threads (the good ones) will have people giving results of their experimentation. Some things work and some things don't. But those same threads (the good ones) will often culminate in success.

You provided a perfect example just now. You said you created a load of youtube accounts with no backlinks and it didn't work. But then BTB said he did the same thing - and it did work.

So who is it better to listen to? The person who says you can't make money making youtube accounts with no backlinks?

I'm not saying that to have a go at you - it's just that most of the time when someone says something doesn't work, that's not the case.

They just gave up, or stopped trying, or stopped believing in themselves, or couldn't be bothered, or turned the XBox on, or went to the pub.

And typically, what those people then do, rather than admit the failure was down to them - is try to convince other people the method, or idea, or niche or business was the problem.

My point is that they are not the people you want to listen to or learn from.

Only share methods and techniques that are spread wildly on the forum not your private stuff.
Otherwise nothing wrong with giving out details if it fails. What do you have to lose? It doesn't work anyway.

i brought the packages from bhw, advertised hand written or manual written article. after completed the work and check the quality, its full of craps, the article are spinned using the software. my ranking disappeared from serp

Auto spun content that was KW rich, generic videos, long tailed titles... about 2 hours of time all together. I don't find that interesting work at all and would never pursue it but you can make money there for sure... in fact I am 100% sure that there are guys killing it on YT on a regular basis that know 100 times what I know in that area.

I didn't kill it but still get between 40 and 50 a month from that 2 hours of my life as most of those videos are still ranking for their respective KWs.

BTB is one of the most helpful guys on this forum.

He gives solid advice, helps people whenever he can and posts plenty of information that you could use to make money.

I've seen him set people up with websites and give them free SEO services just because he wanted to give someone a helping hand. And much more.

Perhaps you should do another search before you judge his motives and his character.

I wasn't trying to.
I just got a bit frustrated when I got the answer: check all my posts.

Trying to move your websites to number 1 spot by using only power of suggestion.

Jackanory I get yer man pewep to do me some of his shenanigans and I got number one spot,

I had been working for months on it, sape, pbn, gsa then pewep said "let it rank" and Bob's at it with your aunt Mildred. Number 1

As Trepanated pointed out, people do share their failures in the decent journey threads but the truth is that people are more likely to focus on the positives, than spending time writing a thread detailing a failure. Anybody serious about making money will usually try to analyse WHY something has failed but they are unlikely to spend time (money) posting it to a forum where people are looking for working methods.

100% True! You need to make things, take action and fail to learn! I add that it is very important to study the marketing before being able to apply any method.
Many people believe to read the secret method and be able to do milions , it is not so! Even if you have the formula for Coca-Cola does not mean that you can produce a good Coke ;)
For me this is just common knowledge and it doesn't take me anywhere.
Experiment yourself, learn from your mistakes.
Read a journey thread for example and try and fail and rinse and repeat.
This is information for newbies and I'm sure it will help them.

It is just that I think I have more problem finding the twists or the secrets that brings success than others and everything is so cryptic and secretly shared so I just grow tired of it all.
I just want some stable ground to stand on and not fly blind in the BS cloud. I believe people can do that by learning from other peoples mistake.
Don't you agree?

I heard that content is king is a load of bollocks.

Don't you agree?

Before trying something, you need to analyse whether you have the ability and resource to test the method. Just do what you can able to do, you will succeed.

I believe people can do that by learning from other peoples mistake (sometimes it can even be misleading).
Don't you agree?

Not entirely. You can learn from other people's mistakes and failures, but not all mistakes/failures can apply to everyone.

For example, someone who tries every method, fails at all of them, and then tells people about how all these methods are fails and doesn't work, when in reality, the fail is not in the method, but in the person executing the method.

With every method, there will be a huge % that fails at it (there could be many reasons, like a certain method is not suitable for a certain type of person, all the way to that person being a failure at everything he does in life), but at the same time, there will be those who succeed at the method. Would you rather listen to the losers who tell you it can't be done, or the ones who have done it and are telling you how they did it?

It might not work for you, but then again, it might. The only way you'll know is to test it out and experiment.

I went over 2 years without any success in IM (I was in debt too from constantly failing at methods. Most people would have quit in my situation). I started noticing more and more people talking about how it doesn't work, and I actually started to think the same too, but luckily for me, I didn't fully buy it. Here's the funny part, I make my money today (full time IM) from a lot of the exact same methods which "didn't work". How? I never gave up on them and I never listened to the failures who tried to discourage me from working/twisting/expanding on it. I followed the posts successful members here and asked myself "how can I make this work for me?" I literally combed through hundreds of old posts from reputable members everyday trying to see what they were doing right.

Most people give up just inches before they achieve success. Never give up if you really like what you do, no matter how hard it may be at the time.

All jokes aside, pretty much every method shared here has some potential (more or less). Let's say you want to start a new search engine... now, we can all agree that chances are very very slim, but that doesn't mean it can't be done. Maybe you won't be able to do it, but someone else will ... so the plan was not wrong.

I've seen money being made from such stupid things that I wouldn't say a definitive NO to any method. Even ad f l y, believe it or not my second attempt at making money online was with them and I made around $120 in 5 days by posting shortened links to funny gifs on groups and pages. It was not something that could have worked for a long time, but it was actually that money that I used to buy my first domain and hosting. Would I recommend that method today? Absolutely not, but that doesn't mean it it can't be done if you put hard work into it. And come up with some twists.

This is very good information:
adf.l y with funny gifs on groups and page is likely not to work.
In my perfect world I would love to see people follow up on that. Maybe somebody else tried it with success 2015. I think we should look at it as a trending thing to determine the difficult level.
Of course this could work for someone skilled that can crack the level of difficulty but for a newbe it would be better to leave it alone.

These forms of discussions are pretty pointless, some people will fail at everything, even with a step by step spoon fed method.
Other people will succeed immediately with a method that has been declared dead. (NO method is dead BTW)
Yes, it can be useful for people to share what is working, isn't working for them but I always take everything with a pinch of salt UNLESS I know the true ability of that person.
I don't make business decisions on what is posted on a forum, I make decisions based on testing and experimenting myself, I may take advice from people I trust but ultimately you can never be 100% sure without trying it for yourself.

I always find it helpful to determine the credibility by how much detail is shared. The more detail the more effort was put to make it work. It is right that you can never be 100% sure unless you try it yourself but I would find it helpful to know the methods that didn't work before I would try it myself. It will shine a small light instead of complete darkness.
