Look at the way she is humbly bragging on herself without being obvious about it.

She brings up her past business dealings with real estate hedge funds, Donald, and others. She’s sharing the experience to show she’s been involved in big deals and succeeded in them while also saying “hey, these aren’t small fish and I’ve done business with them” without saying it.

Also, she says “the reputation you have in your field is equal to the reputation I have in mine.” That is extremely powerful, it’s a closing statement and people naturally like to think they are good at what they do. So they go ok well she’s as good as me, and I’m pretty good! So she must be as good as me!
