Skype is dreadful anyway, haven't used it for years and always found it irritating when someone only used that.

Can't imagine someone using this piece of absolute steaming pile of shit app willingly these past 10 years.

All day long the ROI on emailing as opposed to third party communication platforms is significantly better.
Telegram. We previously tried using Microsoft Teams, but it didn’t work well for us. One major issue is the lack of a dedicated chat-specific search feature, which has been a constant inconvenience. Also, Microsoft allows you to link your Skype account with Teams, which imports your old group chats. The problem is, if you've already created new group chats in Teams, this creates a lot of confusion and clutter.

I ditched Skype ages ago and haven't looked back. Have you tried Discord or Slack?
