What are top 5 CPA networks/programs?

I am new to affiliate marketing and am confident in my traffic source. I can get good quality traffic on PPC for $.011/click and I want to send it to a CPA program where I get >$1/lead so that I will only need a 1.1% conversion rate in order to break even. Can someone help me identify your top CPA network, or the top 5 CPA programs that you know that will accept PPC traffic?

Personally I have been with Peerfly for about a year and a half now. I have no complaints about them. Each offer shows what kinds of traffic they are willing to accept as well. I suggest you head over there.
 
Thanks, I'll work on creating an account there and see if they have any good CPAs for my traffic.

Epic Direct, Never Blue, Market Leverage, Clickbooth/Integraclick, and Max Bounty. But that's just one opinion. Opinions vary on what is the best with anything. They are the best, but may also be the hardest to get into as well.
 
People always recommended Neverblue and Maxbounty... but lately I have heard Neverblue and Maxbounty are having issues and are now the kings of shaving. I hear Epic Direct has been having issues too. I always worked with Adscend and they are reliable but they don't have the best rates lately so I have been trying to find better networks... found one with email submits at $1.80 and got accepted :D, after a network that had the same offers at $1.40 had a broken offer that redirected to the homepage. We'll wait to see how bad I get shaved though...
 
Thanks for all of the feedback. How about the obvious one, Clickbank? Are they trustworthy?
 
Has anyone had any particular success with a CPA network using CPM, CPV or PPC traffic?
 
Maxbounty, Clickbooth, Neverblue are all pretty good.

DON'T get into epic direct, at least not for now. They haven't paid to their affiliates for months now.
 
BUT, how do you guys get accepted into these networks? I have an unfinished website, a means of traffic (youtube, which i mentioned in my application), but none of them seem to be responding to me. I've applied to: Maxbounty, Neverblue, Peerfly, Adscend Media, and BlamAds. Please help!

Are there any opt-in mail friendly cpa / etc. programs? Nice e-mail ads already, or can do custom, etc. etc.

I do upwards of $3000 a day.
