So first i need to create the redirection links then create backlinks and placing them inside those links.... or its the other way ?? Sorry for troubling u soo much but i am a little new to this?

They made those links only for pumping irrelevant seo metrics and link diversity. 99% they have a good PBN rolling in the shadows if you say they gained traffic and rankings. PM their website and I will find their pbn.
