I'm currently searching for existing G+ accounts for a client and wondering what these type of G+ accounts are and their main difference. Also if you guys know of a site that list these type of different G+ pages that would be awesome.

P.S sorry for the links, I tried to insert the images but having problems as the ok button seems to be missing once I select the images I want.
