What are the safe sending limits for Google Workspace before hitting restrictions?

Hey all. Quick question for people who actually test cold/email scaling with Google Workspace:

I’m researching safe sending limits for warmed Workspace accounts and don’t want to guess. I am new to cold outreaching and are only doing it through my main business email for my business, so same domain as my actual website. I want to keep it official and like this, as I am more likely to receive responses back (I don't actually have any cold emailing software or anything like that, I just use main Gmail workspace. I am actually just sending out some emails written manually / with AI and just send it and wait a few minutes and send again to different emails, I max send around 5-10 a day). If any of you who are more knowledgable can tell me if I am doing this the wrong way?

I have a company in a specific industry (HNWI / Luxury Companies) and I am worried our domain may receive shadow ban / go to spam. We have DKIM and everything all set up correctly, and we have 2 emails in our Workspace. so [email protected] and x2.domain.com (as example) where we can send out emails from. I usually send out emails from my personal business email, where it shows my name.

What are safe limits for workspace? For example, (per-account/day, per-hour, average open rate)

I am worried I may be shadow banned / go to spam if I send too many. Our domain is 1-2 years old. We have had no restrictions so far, and we receive emails as well as like i said is my official email for my business, so we also receive emails from companies etc.

Add emails per domain step by step, 10 per day will be fine.

100-150 per email is safe.

Better to split the sending through the day.

If you do everything exactly the way you've described you are totally in safe zone. All you got to do now is gradually raise the number no 30-40 and it's still very safe if it's done with no rapid spikes.

For a warmed 1-2 year old domain, a very safe limit is 50-100 emails per account per day. Sending 5-10 is perfectly safe. Your manual approach is low-risk.

Start very low—5–20 emails/day per account. Gradually increase weekly. Monitor bounces/spam, keep personalization high, and rotate accounts if possible. Avoid sudden spikes.
