what are the efficient methods to make money online?

currently I'm working on Upwork and Outlier.ai (even have a small team to do the tasks for outlier) and honestly not very satisfied with the outcome. as i keep buildling my reputaion on these i would like to try other methods that might help me to earn more. any ideas?

Well you can dive into big fields like affiliate marketing where the bog dogs are but the thing its you need some patience until your article or video ranks ,you build your follwing on social media etc .Many people try for 1 week or 2 and if things didnt work they give up .You need to dedicate at least 90 days ,consistent work to a method even if you dont see any results

What niches are you working on these? If you are a tech expert, you can make lot of money on upwork.
 
You might consider doing some side projects with your team and serving some graphic design or content writing agency.
 
You can proactively contact companies related to your services to demonstrate the value of your team and gain long-term cooperation.

that's what i'm trying so far. however, since i need time to build up my review, i was looking for alternate methods

yeah~ but finding the right company at right field is not easy task.
 
You could also try other platforms like Fiverr or Freelancer to find you new clients. Also, having your own website could help attract direct clients too. Networking through Linkedin and providing services locally may also help you earn a lot.
 
There are many areas where you can further develop yourself better. Consider diversifying by trying affiliate marketing, content creation (YouTube, blogging), or selling digital products like courses or eBooks. You can also explore freelance consulting in your area of expertise or look into remote contract jobs for more consistent pay.
 
I just started my YouTube channel and it is working real good already. YouTube monetization is a good way to start.

How much is team count ? Is it profitable at the end of the day ? Then why don't you scale it.
