Hi people, I intend to apply F/U on an account that is a couple of months old, I have never done this so I don't know how much it is safe to follow and unfollow per day.

You can do around 200 F/U per day with proper time gaps to make it look natural.

The question is how you are going to do it if it's manual then it won't cause many issues but managing the unfollows and everything has to be done properly.

If it's via some software then you should test on dummy accounts with settings and tweakings till you find your sweet spot.

Make it below 6,000/month and do it randomly.

Follow limits for new accounts are as follows:

- 10 to 15 follows per hour
- 50 to 70 follows per day

For warmed-up or old accounts, the follow limits increase to:

- 20 to 25 follows per hour
- 160 to 200 follows per day

In addition to adhering to these limits, it is important to take natural actions to avoid being blocked and maintain a good trust score. These natural actions include:

- Liking posts in your feed
- Liking posts in relevant hashtags
- Leaving random comments on posts
- Viewing stories
- Scrolling through your feed
- Sending random direct messages

Maintaining a proper time gap between actions and engaging in these natural actions play a vital role in preventing your account from being blocked.

I hope this information helps you.

Do these limits count for unfollows? I mean, I can follow 20/hr for 4 hours, and then the next 4hrs unfollow 20/hr?

Currently, Instagram has several limits in place to prevent spam and abuse on the platform. Some of the main limits include:1. Daily Follow Limit: Instagram allows users to follow up to 7500 accounts. However, there is a daily follow limit of 200 accounts per day.

2. Hourly Like Limit: Instagram limits the number of likes you can give to 350 per hour. This is to prevent spamming and manipulation of the platform.

3. Hashtag Limit: You can add up to 30 hashtags to a single post. However, Instagram may flag your post as spam if you use too many irrelevant hashtags.

4. Direct Message Limit: Instagram limits the number of direct messages you can send per day to 50 recipients.

It's important to follow these limits to avoid getting your account suspended or banned from the platform.
