What are some WORKING paypal services out there?

There was one which was the best one but now they went missing. Nothing about them online either.

Do you guys know of any WORKING paypal services out there that can be bought? and maybe a rep that they can go and talk and get account back if that "fake" account gets blocked? Thanks

1/ Pretty sure you're talking about something illegal.
2/ No idea what does a "Paypal service" is?

Don't waste your time with stealth paypal accounts and whatever you think is ''paypal service'' in the end you will always get blocked and lose your money.

Absolutely not talking about anything illegal. Talking about one that is very legal and famous here. One i was talking about was buyvcc.com. What they do is they give you a paypal account and a service to talk to paypal reps if your account goes down on your behalf and they fix it. They knew all the tips and tricks of how to get accounts back if need be. I think it was run by a guy named Tom or Tim. It was the only one of its kind. They also offered verified full paypal account and such.

I think it was merely a TOS violation on paypal's side, nothing illegal.

Now they seem to fall off the face of the planet earth. Their website leads to DNS problem.

So now I am searching for a legit paypal service like that. And if not that, at least a place where I can buy legit paypal account. Ideas?

Btw I'm not promoting them or anything here. I just had to mention their services here to prove that none of what I was asking for was illegal.

Paypal services don't make sense. What does it mean?

Not entirely sure what services you’re pertaining to, I’ve also read about your explanation on why it’s not considered to be illegal, but it doesn’t make sense because I suppose you can talk to paypal peeps yourself to try and get your account back if you’re not doing anything shady.

I think @secondeye offers that kind of services and heard very good things about him, but am not sure if he is still around, at least his BST is live and he was active the other day stating to reply all PMs and fulfill orders but he is missing from time to time.
Try looking to the misc section of the marketplace, I spotted a few services there maybe they might help you.

Well not that I care much (this is a blackhat forum right) but I guess all of these accounts are created using someone's data and if we're talking about the US you need a valid SSN and dob. Stolen data of that kind is for sale on underground forums (not here) and using it doesn't seem legal to me and that's what PayPal sellers mostly do. I never heard of someone getting busted for just using a fake PayPal account but who knows if it ever happened.
