Oh jesus, if you ask how to use it, you really need to get into SEO.
Here i have 3 instances and considering opening a 4th.
1) Lists Management for All my others tools
2) Domain PR checker
3) Blog Commenting for lower backlinks tiers
4) Harvesting
5) Proxies Testing
I'm using it everyday and i still have a lot to learn
I have been doing search engine optimization for years, I was turn to the black side recently... I have installed SB maybe a year ago, never had to change to REALY make money with it.

I agree its really useful and you can do a lot of things with it.
I have a couple of PC's in my office just standing there.
what you I let it do, to get the most out of it.
So fat I am just collecting websites with high PR.
