Means ur comments(legit ones following reddit rules) won't get removed uncessarily, no karma requirements for comments/posts
suggestions pls

Nobody is gonna give you a serious list of hidden gems here, publicly, because if it was available to literally anyone, it would be nothing but spam, and it would become useless. Now, some of the biggest ones, like Askreddit, don't have karma requirements(AFAIK), bue they're still moderated. So you will always need to be careful.

Try some pet niche subs. One of the subs about cats I remember allows new members to post.

Scary though with a new account to go and post to realize the sub actually has karma requirement to post which once u post and content get removed only you will realize which could even lead to loosing your account due to reddit algo

Understand but Askreddit also highly moderated where they remove comments and posts very randomly too risky any other suggestions?

Just check what new accs do, their history

Where to find them?
In the subs you are going to spend your time. Or start with askreddit, pets etc. You can get karma everywhere where your post is useful or fun etc

This is the right answer, but you can easily create your own list by attempting to comment/post on subreddits and seeing if it gets filtered.

Maybe start by commenting and engaging with other people's posts.

Alternatively, you could buy an old account. Still works.

Most subreddits are getting spammed like hell now. You must do your own research.
All in all, you want to make valuable comments.
