What are all these "Cloacking" Services?

You can cloak your links for google adwords or facebook. You show google your whitehat site and once your account has been approved you turn on the cloaker which redirects visitors to your blackhat site.
That way you can run a campaign for a few days or 1 - 2 weeks before you need a new account and a new whitehat site.
Justcloakit seems like the most popular one. Do NOT get confused by justcloakitS, since they seem to copy JCI in order to grab their customers. Not sure if they are legit or not, but probably not.
So just go with justcloakit, fraudfilter or linkscloaking.

No they do not cookie stuff; they just "fake out" the entities that people advertise on that use them.

Redirects bad traffic and moderators/reviewers to compliant landing pages. Usually used in blackhat facebook and google ads.

Nah, fb/google uses bots to auto check pages. If your Lp isnt over kill you might get away with it for a while but if its easily detectable that its non compliant then ull get suspended for policy violation

People create a white hat listed page in order to get your advertisement campaign LIVE on Adwords , Bing and Facebook. Once your campaign start sending some impressions people make the cloaked campaign LIVE from a Cloaker. The cloaker then send your target prospect directly to the offer(CPA) landing page instead of the white hat page.
However, with cloaking you always carry the risk of getting your account SHUT DOWN. So never try to do these in your real legitimate business account as once you will lose it you ain’t gonna get that account back. It’s a total blackhat way to promote CPA /Affiliate offers.
