Well, apps, websites, programs, call it whatever you want. Obviously, BHW would be on the list for all of you, so let's skip this one and share what else? ;)

Essentially, we want your survival apps/site/tools package :)

Please keep the NSFW responses for your social media feed, not here :) Thaaanks!

Personally, I'm super picky when it comes to apps/tools/sites. As some of you may know, I'm a Mac M1 user so my answer would be related to Mac OS.
  • Alfred App (can't live without it! best spent £49 - [it's £59] now ever)
  • Enpass (password manager)
  • Youtube (because let's face it, we all spent too much time watching vids)
Everything else is replaceable (more or less)

I’d be SOL without these things: Firefox, zennoposter, scrapebox, ai content generator. I can live without everything else I use but prefer not to.

Shameless mac plug !

:weep: Then I have nothing for you as most things are replaceable honestly, may not be up to "standards" and may take awhile to get use to.

How does Enpass hold up against it's other competitors :o

Ha! It's my OS, if it was Windows, i would have said Windows (while suppressing my urge to barf )

What standards? I listed only those tools that are literally essential for me (well, you can subtract youtube, but take away the other two, especially the password manager and I'd be LOST and in BIG trouble)

Far from perfect. I actually had to switch a few months back because my preferred Password manager (Myki) got acquired and they gave all users 2 months to find something else and piss off. But Enpass came closest to Myki really. No data is shared with them or stored in their cloud, works offline, etc etc. Overall, it does what it should do. There are small issues every now and then like any other software.

Obviously. But what else?

Other than Prawn Herb and BHW...

these are the list of tools I cannot live a day without..

1) My mac ofcourse.
2) VS Code (and various plugins for it)
3) Stack Exchange
4) Youtube
5) Apple Notes
6) Inkscape
7) Docker
8) Chrome
9) Postman
10) Telegram
11) Apple Mail
12) My Brain
13) Google
14) Bitwarden
15) Maiar Defi Wallet
16) A tool called erdpy

oh and last but not the least.. 17) SSH

I can actually live with any app I presently use. But there are apps that make certain things easier for me.

So basically you're a tech slave. Another reason to consider moving to the Himalayas.

Oh let's see...
In no particular order:
  • Spotify
  • Steam
  • Youtube
  • Google Calendar
  • Gmail
  • Snapchat
  • Banking app for investments
  • Chrome
  • Reddit
  • After Effects & Photoshop
  • Public Transport app
If I had to really narrow it down to just survival and nothing more I'd do just fine with an app for public transport, banking, and maybe Gmail, rest is just a bonus tbh.

That's probably it -- maybe more, maybe less.

I had the urge these last few months to buy another iphone again, yes blame @Yes

Well, I use Google Keeps and Google Calendar on a daily basis to stay organized. I can imagine switching to microsoft's equivalent or another third party software but that would just be annoying and hurt my productivity for awhile
Likewise for other stuff I use I guess
