Hmm, how about including the call to action in the picture too?
Also, many people dont like shortened links, because you never know where they get you. halloweenshop.com/myproduct would be much better.

May I ask how many bucks you have spent for those 7k impressions, many people just scroll over ads and ignore them.

7k impressions, 0 sales is not too unusual I would say.
However those 100 likes are weird.
Maybe try to target your audience more specificly?

7k impressions with no sale yet? Sorry for you buddy. If the impressions are from target audience then some sales would have happened.

users don't care your services or products. you should focus on targeted audiences.

Did you use "Boost Post" to advertise it? If so, that's probably also one of the reasons. It's like paying a blind person to stand on a street corner to hand out flyers.

Use Ad Manager instead to better target the potential customers.

Are those targeted people ? If not like the users above have said it's like selling makeup to men.

If that's from a facebook fan page don't use the boost post or promote it . Unless the facebook fan page is targeted then it could work.
