What am I doing wrong??

So recently I started uploading shorts , but I'm not getting much views.

So far I uploaded 8 shorts, only one of them got 400 views and the rest got only 3/4 views.

What do you think I might be doing wrong??

8 shorts is not enough, keep doing hard work post regular shorts and 1 or 2 shorts will make you famous it will take time may you have to post more shorts like 100 shorts then it will give you what you want.
