What about mixing PBN and 2.0

Some point that I know to optimize your site's ON page SEO are:

Meta description tag:
Describe what your site is and how it may help to the visitors in the meta description tag.
Meta keyword tag:
Your primary keywords are listed under the meta keyword tag.
Image optimization:
The image must have the name that relates to the content topic. It helps to optimize the page as good.
Content optimization:
The content plays a major role in SEO. This is how because if the content length is maximum say 1000+ it helps to optimize the content easily. Google always like the maximum content.
Heading tag (H1 and H2):
This helps to get optimize the content and also easy to index the content naturally.
Avoid broken links:
Avoid the links that broken are affects the SEO. Also keep away from the link that has symbols like ^, &, etc.

Some other points that I left are appreciable. :)
Thank you ! what about keyword densiry and OBL rate ...

Don't you need a paid plan with pretty much any of the web2.0 hosts in order to be able to host a custom domain or am I missing something?

For a costum domain you only pay for the domain registration .. after that you change de nameserver in there , add the domain in the 2.0 and your all set

Basically, keyword density must be less than 2% for 500+ word articles and maximum 5% for 1000+ word articles.
The OBL is 20-25 is more than enough for any PBN blog.

I see.. and i think that i shoud not add the OBL right away after building the PBN ... wait for it to get indexed first ..?

It seems true for Blogspot, but Wordpress.com says clearly "Adding a domain is a paid upgrade".

It's also paid for Yola, for instance. So it depends on the Web2.0 provider.
