How are they?
Does anyone have any experience with them?
I saw a deal for webhosting for lifetime, 10 domains/websites and 100 subdomains for 42$ at stacksocial. What do you think of it?
Does black friday have lifetime webhosting deals?

I couldn't agree more with Davids355, hosting is an expensive business and anyone offering that kind of a deal would be doing to get some money rolling into the account while I highly doubt it will last more than a few months. Or probably the quality would become so shitty that would yourself want to move on and get something better.

I mean realistically, what do you expect? Just think about WPX. A similar package cost $20 per month there if you go with the yearly subscription. Or Namecheap, one domain, $20 per year. How good can something be that beats Namecheap in terms of pricing? As davids said if you are really not willing to pay for a legit and reliable hosting you shouldn't put anything of importance on there.

If your websites are important to you, invest in a quality hosting company that has been in existence for many years and that contain good reviews by people you look up to.

Its been business for 3 years and deal is for 3 days only. It dont seems to be a make money quick scheme.

They probably count on you forgetting to renew the domain after a few years
Its web hosting not domain registrar.

WPX is crap. People use it for divi because divi is a blot and page load is 10 sec+ for a regular web hosting.
I got a client who needs to get conversiobot plugin installed. But wpx is giving directory permission error. Its been a week they havent resolve this issue.

As suggested above not safe to put important sites on it.
Maybe good for burner sites.

Lifetime deals usually mean "lifetime of the product" not the "lifetime of the customer". So the company can close tomorrow and you can't do anything.

One red flag company claims its 10 years old while domain is 7 months old.
0 Years 7 Month 29 Days

I would buy if it's a top provider like Vultr, DO, Namecheap, Google, Amazon etc :p

Sounds like a scam to me! If something seems too good to be true, it probably is [too good to be true].

I would never have my important websites on lifetime hosting, lifetime hosting business model is simply not sustainable.

CloudAtCost offers a "lifetime" VPS plans but they want a $9 "maintenance" fee now.. Pretty shitty VPS too, slow and almost none existing support. I got a plan maybe 6 years ago and this thing is pain - down all the time and slow AF. AVOID!

I mean come on you ever heard of that price being sustainable?

Either there are tons of limitations, they pack 10k user on one small server or they found the secret to making profit from $42 doing all that.

Seriously, don't complain when site goes down, no backups etc.

I was gullible enough to buy lifetime hosting when I started and man I have purchased it 5 times Everytime I was saved due to backups.

Now I feel better with monthly payments.
