I am still unable to track real time visitors and not getting any stats of visitors and their referring URL. Is Analytics tool is on a rest or what is the matter.

I personally don't like Analytics. Try Statcounter or Yandex Metrica.

Yeah man i did. I placed it correctly and got good details of my site traffic for a couple of months but now i see there is a break down.

I don't know what's wrong in your analytics but it clearly shows visitors and real time visitors as well.

It usually happens because you don`t place it before </head> and you put it with plugins that place it in body or footer.

Make sure you placed the code correctly and that you aren't using double analytics codes. Clicky is the best analytics tool but it isn't free.

One common mistake is that you did not adjust the date to 'today'. By default, Google Analytics only past 30-days record.

From my experience Analytics is by far the best traffic analytics tool available out there, make sure you've embedded the tracking codes correctly and you should be able to test real-time tracking instantly to see this has worked.

The clicky is als overy good, it`s paid but the best paid stats I have tested till now, I have tried them on high traffic sites where I have over 50K visitors/day and they can handle it easily, in the same time I made a tests with GA and the results was not accurate, I am not satisfied with GA

In what way weren't the GA statistics accurate?
From my experience they're the one of the most accurate providers out there and you can save yourself $XXX/year easily for these traffic levels. I'd definitely stay away from Clicky until you've actually tested GA properly.

Once again, I'd urge everyone to actually ensure Google Analytics is working exactly as it should before dismissing it.
Unless anyone actually has any legitimate critique besides just saying 'Don't use it'?

GA isn't 100% accurate when it comes to real-time stats. Even the traffic stats have a little bit of discrepency.

I have one. You are actually giving them info about you.
Are you sure you want to do that? Except if you are monetizing your site with Adsense of course.
If that is not the case, stay away from GA.
Clicky has one site free.
Piwik is also great.
Not sure if this thread is posted in BlackHat or WhiteHat SEO, but if it is the first one, you better reconsider your statements.
